Our current customers are the most important priority for all the employees at Gliffy. It is our goal to ensure that all our customers are insanely satisfied with all aspects of our product and any interactions you have with our team.
How to get support

Response Times and Business Hours
When you make a support request to Gliffy, we will respond to your request no more than 24 business hours from the time of your request. We will do our best to get back to you much sooner, but we are a small company, so we appreciate your patience! Gliffy business hours are Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM PDT. Gliffy is closed on major US holidays including:
- New Years Day (January 1st)
- MLK (Third Monday of January)
- Presidents Day (Third Monday in February)
- Memorial Day (last Monday of May)
- 4th of July (July 4th)
- Thanksgiving (4th Thursday in November)
- Christmas Day (December 25th)
- New Years Eve (December 31st)
Support includes:
- Help with installation
- Help troubleshooting problems with Gliffy software
- Help identifying work-arounds
Support does not include:
- Product Training
- Customers who do not have a valid and current license or active subscription
- Gliffy Confluence Plugin or Gliffy JIRA Plugin versions released over 2 years ago
- Support related to non Gliffy Plugins
- Support for Confluence or JIRA issues
- Third Party integrations that leverage the Gliffy Online API
- The Gliffy Online API
- Beta or Development releases
- Non-English language support (but we'll try our best with translation software)

- Flash player 9 or better
Server Configurations / Requirements
- For the Gliffy Confluence Plugin & the Gliffy JIRA Plugin, we support Confluence or JIRA versions released in the last 2 years
